Our diabetic chocolate is sugar free. The chocolate is sweetened with Maltitol. Ingredients of the chocolates are:
Dark – Maltitol, cocoa butter. cocoa mass, vanilla and an emulsifier of soya lecitihin
MIlk – Maltitol, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, vanilla, and an emulsifier of soya lecithin.
The chocolate comes in dark or milk slabs or twirls of varying sizes and may be plain or contain nuts of your choice.
Small diabetic chocolates can also be made.
Our carob range consists of carob sweets filled with dried fruit or nuts.
Delicious carob truffles made of carob powder, honey, peanut butter and seeds are also available.
